What therapy costs, explained plainly.
Two ways to begin: use your insurance, or pay privately. We verify your benefits before your first session so you know what to expect.
Pick the path that fits.
We accept many plans
We're in network with major commercial insurers and Illinois Medicaid. Your out-of-pocket cost depends on your plan's copay, coinsurance, and deductible. We check all of this for you first.
Simple, flat rates
A good fit if you'd rather not use insurance, are out of network, or want the widest choice of therapist.
Standard 50-minute sessions. Longer or specialized sessions may differ. Self-pay clients receive a Good Faith Estimate under the No Surprises Act.
Plans we accept.
Coverage can vary by therapist, location, license type, and plan. We review your benefits before your first appointment whenever possible.
Not in network: We do not accept Blue Cross Blue Shield Illinois HMO plans.
About deductibles: If your deductible hasn't been met, you may pay the contracted session rate until your plan starts covering care. Verification is an estimate, not a guarantee. Your insurer makes the final call on benefits and patient responsibility.
Three steps before your first session.
Complete intake
Submit your paperwork, insurance information, and an active payment method before your appointment.
We review benefits
We check eligibility, deductible status, copay estimates, and whether your therapist is in network.
You get an estimate
When available, we share your estimated responsibility so there are no surprises when care begins.
Our cancellation policy.
A few expectations that keep scheduling fair for clients and clinicians alike.
24-hour notice
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead.
Late fee
Late cancellations or missed sessions may incur a $99 fee.
Medicaid clients
Clients with Medicaid are never charged missed-appointment fees.
Card on file
An active credit or debit card is required before appointments begin.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in discharge from services, or a referral to a provider whose scheduling structure is a better fit.
Fees and insurance, answered.
Does verification guarantee coverage?
No. Verification gives you an estimate based on the information available. Your insurer makes the final decision about coverage and what you owe.
Can I pay privately even if I have insurance?
Yes. You're welcome to choose private pay at our flat rates even if you carry insurance.
What happens if I have a deductible?
If your deductible hasn't been met, your insurer may apply the contracted session rate toward it before benefits begin. We'll flag this during verification.
Are you in network with BCBS Illinois HMO?
No. We are not in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield Illinois HMO plans. We do accept BCBS Illinois PPO.
Start care with clarity, not confusion.
Find a therapist or request an appointment, and our team will walk you through the next steps before your first session.
