Therapy should be a resting place. If you are looking for a space of reflection, change, and growth as you move through the complexities of life, look no further. How can I help you center your wellness as a whole? Striving to be diligent, thoughtful and compassionate, I partner with clients to create counseling plans that center their wellness. I believe therapy is a collaborative process and am always rooting for your success and I want to create spaces of peace for you: one where you can feel safe to move freely.

My goals for each session is creating an environment where an individual feels equipped to construct patterns, habits, and beliefs that nourish them in sustainable ways. Approaches to therapy are far from universal and I pride myself on flexibility and active listening. My style of therapy mixes Motivational Interviewing, and Solution and Insight Focused.
