A Bit About Me
I am a bilingual (Spanish-English) Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Illinois, Texas & Colorado; and LCPC in Montana, as well as a Registered Art Therapist. I grew up in Colombia and have lived in Miami, Orlando, Los Angeles, Chicago, Austin and Denver. My Master's in Art Therapy is from The School of The Art Institute of Chicago and I completed my undergraduate at the University of Central Florida.
Why did you decide to become a counselor?
Being an Art Therapist encapsulates my purpose to help illuminate, support and participate in change through creative avenues.
What type of clients are you most excited to work with?
Clients who are curious and open to explore their healing journey are most exciting to work with for me.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew?
Change is non-linear, we clinicians are human, the therapeutic relationship and space should feel safe.
